THE PURPOSE OF THE KIK MANAGEMENT PRESENTATION
- To obtain the consideration and approval from the UTeM KIK Steering Committee for the proposed project before the implementation.
- To provide opportunities for KIK groups to perform and promote the image of the respective department/ office.
- To open the staff's mind that creativity and innovation are the core of success of employment, as well as to encourage UTeM staff to think outside the box, which is the main thrust in developing first-class human capital.
- To obtain feedback on the problems faced in implementing KIK in the public sector, thus, to consider the effectiveness of KIK programmes.

MANAGEMENT PRESENTATION METHODS
The presentation for each KIK group project is limited to only 20 minutes.
- 5 minutes for preparation
- 10 minutes for the presentation
- 5 minutes for question-and-answer session
All KIK groups are requested to listen to the KIK Steering Committee comments upon completion of the show.
The comments from steering committee members can help to strengthen and improve the projects being proposed.
