Registrar Office’s Bulletin is known as TERAS, which means power base, play and pure. TERAS publications aim to channel various information and information on human resources and services as well as showcase the activities of the Registrar Office. The first publication of TERAS was in 2007.
TERAS Bulletin has undergone various transformations and revolutions every year to bring TERAS towards a more up-to-date, transparent and complete in line with the information technology age.
